Avebury Trusloe, Wiltshire

Another in the calligraphic series. Like its precursor at Milk Hill, the seemingly hand-drawn component is in the centre of a more disciplined geometric outer rim - in this case a large circle surrounded by twenty small circles. The central feature is a sinuous form with a central circle. Growing from the circle are twelve tendrils showing an alternating pattern of single and double branches looped, like Milk Hill, at the ends.

Avebury Trusloe, a short distance from the Avebury stone circle, has been a regular crop circle location.
